Kate is a wedding planner, and we've known each other through social media for a while now. We finally had the chance to get together with Kate, when she enlisted us to take some last minute family photos of her family of 3. Her husband Chris has served in the Military for many years, and now he continues to serve in the private sector. When you're used to being given 6 months of notice before deployment, a 2 week notice is shocking. Frankly, it would be shocking to anyone. But that's what Chris, Kate and their 18 month old (too cute) daughter, Karoline are dealing with. About two weeks ago Chris got his new assignment, and he had two weeks to prepare before getting on a plane. Getting these family photos was one of the things on Kate's to do list. We were happy to do all we could to fit them into our schedule. Family means everything to us, and this family needed our help.
This quick, family/toddler/over-the-top-romantic photo session turned out to be one of our favorites. You'll see why...
